Judy Ann Sylling, 69 of Zillah, passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Richland Kadlec Hospital.
She was brought into this world the 31st of October, 1947 In Tulare, CA to Flora and Bill Durbin. She was raised in California. She met the love of her life, Lyle, in Washington and they married on the 31st of March 1967.
She was very active in her church where she met wonderful people. If you ever had the privilege to hear her sing you would say it was beautiful. Both her and Lyle opened their home to fostering children in 1981.
Judy is survived by her beautiful mother, Flora Downen; her two sons, Rob(Janice) Sylling of Selah, WA; Norman Sylling of Zillah, WA; her daughter, Irene LaFollette of Yakima, WA; two living granddaughters, Susan(Jimmy) Salinas of Toppenish, WA and Ashley(Seth) Moomey of Springfield, OR; three wonderful grandsons, Michael(Amber) Chavez of Yakima, WA, Andrew(Anna) Chavez of Burns, OR, and Mason Sylling of Yakima, WA; eight great grandchildren, Abbigail, Kanadee, Nicolas, Aurora, Xavier, Chevelle and Caroline; a beautiful sister, Debbie Clark and a wonderful brother, Bob(Karen) Zink; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Lyle Sylling; and beautiful sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Ron Merrill, and her father, Bill Durbin.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 2:30pm at Mountainview Fellowship in Zillah. Valley Hills Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.valleyhillsfh.com
