Conner Foster

March 25, 1996 — September 17, 2016

Conner was a man who was compassionate, kind, loving and a friend to all. He never knew a stranger and could hold a conversation with anyone. He had a God-given ability to make every person feel like they were part of the family. Conner was the type of man who would give you the shirt off his back if you were ever in need. Conner was the perfect “Red-neck.” All his life he had a passion for riding, hunting, working cattle, camping, showing sheep and anything else that allowed him to be outdoors. He always had a desire to explore and was always ready for the next adventure. He moved at a high pace, not knowing how to slow down or say no. In his short life, Conner impacted an astounding amount of people. The staff and students at Selah Academy were so important to him. He never wanted to let them down. His “Brother & Sisterhood” at the Oxford housing were always in his heart. The best way to describe Conner is by this quote: “Lead, follow or get out of the way.” He is survived by his grandmothers: Gail Mathis and Marilene Foster, parents: Kent & Lisa Foster, siblings: Justin Delvo, Torin & Katie Delvo, Chelsey & Jordan Golob and Tanner Foster. Also by his seven nieces and nephews: Hailye, Preston, Jacob, Logan, Grant, Maddie, and Rowan. We want to extend an invitation to all family to come celebrate the life of Conner Lee Foster, because all of his friends were family too. Visitation will be held from 4-8 pm Monday, September 26, 2016 at Valley Hills Funeral Home in Zillah. Funeral services will be held at 5:30 pm Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at the Zillah Nazarene Church. Following services Conner will ride off into the sunset on a horse and wagon to be home with Jesus, his Lord and Savior. Friends and family are invited to attend a reception at the church. Condolences can be sent to www.valleyhillsfh.com. To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Conner Foster, please visit our flower store.
