Robert Cecil Maltbie, 69, of Selah died Friday at Parkside Nursing Care Center in Union Gap.
Mr. Maltbie was born in Chelan. He worked at Boise Cascade for 34 years, retiring when the business closed.
Survivors include his wife, Maxine Maltbie of Selah; two sons, Robert Maltbie of Yakima and Raymond Maltbie of Columbia, Mo.; two daughters, Rhonda Maltbie and Renee Holmes, both of Yakima; two sisters, Lois Collins of Cheney and Leah Anderson of Olympia; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be Sunday from 1-5 p.m. at the chapel of Valley Hills Funeral Home, Yakima. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Christian Life Center in Yakima, with interment to follow in Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
