Genevieve L. Hughes, 81, of Selah died Sunday, September 18.
Mrs. Hughes was born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho. She moved to the Yakima area in 1970. She was a pharmacy technician for Kurbitz Pharmacy and Union Gap Pharmacy. She retired from Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital day care.
Survivors include three sons, Timothy Noble of Spokane, Philip Noble and Daniel Hughes; a daughter, Mary Brown, all of Selah; a sister, June Newpart of Tualatin, Ore.; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Valley Hills Funeral Home Chapel, followed by the funeral. Graveside services will be in Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
