Teddy (Moran) Ostrowski was born in Belcourt, N.D. on Oct. 27, 1951 to Ted and Annie (Belgarde) Moran. She passed away on Oct. 17, 2009. Teddy is survived by husband Paul Ostrowski, sons Aaron Lee (Yakima) and Eddie Lamontagne (Spokane), 10 grandchildren, Aaron Jr., Jasmine, Andrew, Megan, Mia, Jack, Sydney, Jacob, Samantha and Jessie, four brothers, three sisters and lifelong friend Donna.
Teddy was a dedicated wife, mother, sister and foremost a wonderful grandmother. She was a free spirit that loved life and sharing and creating memories with her friends and family. Teddy was a woman of inner strength and fortitude, a rock that family and friends leaned on. Her honesty and wisdom were a family treasure. Teddy's big heart was openly shared with everyone. Teddy was a long time dedicated employee of the Yakima Valley School until illness forced her retirement.
Teddy took great pride in her First American heritage and culture. One of her dreams was to participate in a Sun Dance in the Turtle Mountains.
Teddy was a hands-on grandparent that will be missed by the grandchildren she loved and adored. Her smile will be remembered by many and she will be known in the hearts of family and friends forever.
Mom may a legion of angels watch over you.
