Hazel worked at fruit and vegetable canneries and warehouses in the Yakima Valley, and Bennie worked at Snowkist until his death, Feb. 25, 1973. She married Robert Kenneth Mallady, Nov. 2, 1977 at Wapato Baptist Church, where she was a long time member.

Send Condolences.
Hazel was my grandmother's cousin, my heart goes out to all of the family! I spent many hours with Hazel on the phone doing our Hinchey genealogy with her the past several years! She brought a lot of love, joy, and laughter in my life! She will be greatly missed!

Please know we are sending positive thoughts of comfort to you while you move through your mother's passing.

I am deeply sorry about the loss of such a special person. Never have I had such a close friendship as I had with Hazel. We always had something to laugh and talk about and I will miss her smile and her kindness all the rest of my days. She was not only a great friend but quickly became part of the family. I will treasure the memories of my time with her forever. -Tammy Damore
Sorry to hear of your loss. We hadn't seen Hazel in a long time, but Charlie always thought very fondly of her. Take care.

Though we never met Hazel my husband and I knew Perry Rowe and often seen He and his wife Sandy visiting Hazel. We are truly saddened at your loss of a wonderful person. May God hold you within His comforting arms during this troubling time.

Much Love,
Ben and Karen Roth
Jerry and I are so sorry to hear of Hazel's passing. We met several years ago, thanks to a shared interest in genealogy (Jerry being a 3rd cousin once removed!) and had been friends ever since. A really nice lady. We'll miss her.
