Ethel M. Chandler, 89, of Yakima died Tuesday, December 20. Mrs. Chandler was born in Norwood, Mo., and moved to the Yakima area in the mid-1950s. She worked in the canning industry and as a cleaner for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley Chandler; a son, Roy Dampier of Yakima; a daughter, Joann Scurlock of Springfield, Mo.; numerous grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
At her request, no services will be held. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory of Yakima.
