Ernesto Sanchez Jr., 53, of Mabton died Tuesday, August 30. Mr. Sanchez was born in Prosser. He was a combine driver.
Survivors include four sons, Eric Sanchez of Medical Lake, James Sanchez and Michael Sanchez, both of Seattle, and Isaac Sanchez of Grandview; his daughters, Elysia Sanchez, Sophia Sanchez and Kiana Sanchez, all of Grandview; his mother, Valentina Sanchez; six sisters, Yolanda Sanchez, Linda Trinidad, Dora Pontelandolfo, Leticia Sanchez, Alma Good and Maria Gonzales; four brothers, Juan Sanchez, Jose Sanchez, Leo Sanchez and Valentine Sanchez; and two grandchildren.
Viewing will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with recitation of the rosary at 6 p.m., all at Valley Hills Funeral Home of Sunnyside. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Lower Valley Memorial Gardens.
My thoughts & prayers go out to all the familia Sanchez. Stay strong, he is now walking in the streets of gold with our heavenly father. Ernie you will be dearly missed, but not forgotten.
