Hugh Frazier, 89, of Yakima died Monday, August 22, at Milligan House. Mr. Frazier was born in Bend, Ore. He worked as a machinist.
Survivors include two stepsons, Richard Lowe of Ellensburg and Don Lowe of La Junta, Colo.; a brother, Allen Frazier of Three Rivers, Calif.; and one grandchild.
No services are scheduled. Arrangements are by Valley Hills Funeral Home of Yakima.
